Refund Policy
PeptideWebMD, provides telemedicine services, physician consultations, clinical evaluations,
and medication coordination through licensed U.S. healthcare providers and partner
pharmacies.
Because medical evaluations, physician time, and prescription processing involve non
recoverable clinical work, our refund rules are different from typical e-commerce businesses.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order or booking a consultation.
1. Consultation & Medical Evaluation Fees (Non-Refundable)
Once a consultation is booked and a medical provider begins reviewing your information, the
consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
Refunds cannot be issued if:
• A provider has reviewed your intake form
• A provider has reviewed your medical history
• A consultation has been completed
• A provider has communicated with you (via call, video, or messaging)
• A prescription decision has been made (approved or not approved)
Important:
A prescription is not guaranteed. If the provider decides that treatment is not medically
necessary or not clinically appropriate, the consultation fee is still non-refundable.
2. Prescription Orders & Pharmacy Fulfillment
If a prescription is issued and the pharmacy begins processing it:
• Refunds are not available, even if you decide you no longer want the medication.
• Once a compound is prepared, it cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.
• This rule applies to all compounded or personalized medications.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Prescription processing
• Compounding fees
• Medication preparation
• Pharmacy dispensing
• Tamper-proof packaging
• Specialized shipping (overnight, cold-chain, next-day, etc.)
3. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Shipping fees (including overnight or priority shipping) are non-refundable once the label has
been generated or the shipment is picked up by the carrier.
PeptideWebMD is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delivery to incorrect addresses entered by the user
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
4. Cancelling an Order
Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if ALL of the following are true:
• A provider has not yet reviewed your medical information, and
• No prescription has been issued, and
• The pharmacy has not begun processing or preparing medication.
If all conditions apply, PeptideWebMD may issue a partial refund minus processing fees.
5. Duplicate Charges or System Errors (Refundable)
We will issue a full refund if:
• You were charged twice for the same order, or
• A technical issue caused an incorrect charge

Refunds for errors are processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Replacements (Not Refunds)
If medication arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we may provide:
• A replacement shipment at no cost after investigation, and
• Required photos or evidence from the customer
Replacements are not guaranteed and depend on:
• Pharmacy review
• Shipping carrier investigation
• Clinical appropriateness
7. No Refunds for the Following
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to read product/consultation details
• Deciding you no longer want treatment
• Provider issuing a different medication than expected
• Prescription denial due to medical contraindications
• Missing a scheduled consultation
• Not responding to provider messages
• Not completing required steps (labs, forms, ID verification)
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Attempting to dispute a charge with your bank after receiving services, consultation, clinical
review, or medication is considered fraudulent activity.
PeptideWebMD will:
• Provide your full medical chart
• Submit proof of consultation
• Submit provider notes
• Submit prescription records
• Submit shipping and pharmacy logs
• Pursue recovery fees if necessary
