By accessing or using the PeptideWebMD website (“Service”), creating an account, submitting
medical information, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any products or services, you
agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
PeptideWebMD is a telemedicine facilitation platform. Medical consultations and prescriptions are issued only by licensed U.S. physicians affiliated
with PeptideWebMD.
2. Eligibility
To use PeptideWebMD, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Reside within a state where telemedicine services are permitted
• Provide accurate and truthful personal, medical, and contact information
• Not use the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes
PeptideWebMD may require identity verification prior to providing services.
3. Medical Disclaimer
PeptideWebMD is not an emergency service.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.
All medical services—including evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment decisions, and
follow-ups—are performed exclusively by licensed physicians who practice independent
medical judgment.
PeptideWebMD:
• Does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription
• Does not sell or manufacture medications
• Facilitates the connection between a user and a provider
• Coordinates pharmacy fulfillment through legally licensed pharmacies
A prescription will be issued only if medically necessary, as determined solely by the evaluating
clinician based on:
• medical history
• symptoms
• lab results
• consultation
• clinical guidelines
4. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep your password confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Use your real legal name and personal details
PeptideWebMD may suspend or terminate your account for:
• Providing false or misleading information
• Abusing the platform
• Attempting to obtain medications fraudulently
5. Telemedicine Consent
By using PeptideWebMD, you agree to receive care through telemedicine technologies,
including:
• video consultations
• phone calls
• SMS / text messages
• secure electronic messaging
You acknowledge that:
• Telemedicine has benefits and risks
• A physical examination may not occur
• Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinician’s discretion
You may withdraw telemedicine consent at any time, though doing so may prevent continued
treatment.
6. Communication Consent (SMS / Email)
This section is required for A2P 10DLC approval.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive:
• appointment confirmations
• shipping updates
• prescription status alerts
• refill reminders
• follow-up notifications
• account-related messages
• customer support messages
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or emailing
support@peptidewebmd.com.
PeptideWebMD does not send marketing SMS messages without explicit user opt-in.
7. Payments, Billing & Refunds
You authorize PeptideWebMD to process charges for:
• medical consultations
• pharmacy dispensing (if applicable)
• subscription plans
• refills
• shipping fees
7.1 Refund Policy
PeptideWebMD does not guarantee refunds after:
• a consultation has occurred
• a physician has completed a medical evaluation
• a prescription has been processed or shipped
Refunds may be issued only in limited cases:
• duplicate charges
• system error
• cancellation before physician review
8. Shipping, Fulfillment & Pharmacy Disclosure
Medications (if prescribed) are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies.
Delivery timelines depend on pharmacy processing and courier conditions.
PeptideWebMD is not liable for:
• courier delays
• lost or stolen packages
• temperature-sensitive shipments left unattended
Shipping issues must be reported to support within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service—including text, graphics, logos, videos, forms, workflows, and
trademarks—is the property of PeptideWebMD and is protected under U.S. copyright and
trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our content without written permission.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
• Obtain medications fraudulently
• Engage in illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Harass staff, clinicians, or support personnel
• Provide false medical information
Violations may result in account termination and may be reported to authorities.
11. Limitation of Liability
PeptideWebMD is not responsible for:
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• provider decisions
• pharmacy errors
• third-party system issues
• shipping delays
• unauthorized account access due to user negligence
Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
12. No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees of:
• uninterrupted availability
• error-free content
• specific treatment outcomes
• prescription approval
13. Termination
PeptideWebMD may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
• violation of these Terms
• fraudulent activity
• safety concerns
• inappropriate behavior
• providing false information
You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, where the business entity
is registered.
Any legal disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County,
South Carolina.
15. Modifications to Terms
PeptideWebMD may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
